       方案在剖面上形成一个面向基地东侧—景观最佳面—的退台，从而创造出两个尺寸可观的露天景观平台。方案在平面上形成一个12m x 12m的紧凑九宫格体系，每一格为16平米，可满足居住功能的需要。而居中的一格因为不能紧邻外墙，是作为布局垂直交通体的最佳位置。

ORCHARD HOUSE

   The scheme forms a retreat from the section facing the east side of the site -- the optimal landscape face -- to create two open-air landscape platforms of considerable size. The scheme forms a compact system of nine grids of 12m x 12m on the plane, each of which is 16 square meters, which can meet the needs of living functions. The middle lattice is the best position for vertical traffic because it cannot be located close to the outer wall.
